The Service

• Take a free 9-question personality quiz
• Receive personalized character recommendations after payment
• Each recommendation includes cultural meaning, etymology, calligraphy styles, and placement advice
• All characters are verified by native Taiwanese speakers

Payment & Pricing

• All payments are one-time — no subscriptions or recurring charges
• Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record
• Results are delivered instantly after payment
• Prices are displayed in USD

Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your results, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Email hello@tattowise.com with your session ID.

Disclaimer

TattooWise provides character recommendations based on historical research and cultural expertise. However:

• We are an educational and recommendation service, not a tattoo studio
• Final tattoo decisions and execution are your responsibility
• We recommend consulting with a professional tattoo artist before getting inked
• Character meanings can have nuances — our explanations cover the most common and accepted interpretations

Intellectual Property

The character recommendations, cultural explanations, and calligraphy style guides are provided for your personal use. You may use your recommended characters for your tattoo. You may not resell or redistribute the content commercially.

Session Access

Your results are accessible via a unique session link for 90 days after purchase. We recommend saving or bookmarking your results page. After 90 days, session data may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
